how the hell did you program the rocks to have the most annoying spawn pattern, i can't win because every time i try rocks form just the right shape everytime to screw me over (im honestly impressed, if not also very salty

Arcane magics! Although if I do a project like this again I'll probably have less completely random stuff like that and more set patterns. Unless you're talking about the ones at the very end of the cave, you'll need dynamite or clever rock breaks through gaining to get in.

If you gain a certain amount of weight near a wall you just kind of get stuck, And if you save near the giant [Blank], It not only stops your movement permanently.. But it does the same for all of your other save files. Otherwise, Loved the game.. It's got very nice sprites and sound design.

Note: The thing you came for is the losing state of the game.

Sure, if you only want the smallest version of the thing you came for. Have you beaten the game yet?

You're saying I need to beat the game to comment? I'm not complaining about the game play its every miner ever, it is a playable game, but its yet another game that makes the material out to be a bad thing.

Nah I just think it's dumb to say that the weight gain/fat (which I assume is the thing you came for) is the losing state in the game when losing gets you the least weight gain/fat. The only way to get the larger sizes is to not lose, and the largest size is the reward for beating the game (which is why I asked if you had beaten it). The design philosophy was to increase your limits so you can go beyond that least desirable lose condition since the theme of the jam was "push the limits".

Had a go of it and it has potential, well done :)

the game is pretty fun but its a bit hard the price for the skills is quite high and there's no gems to be found hopefully this game would be more easy and fun to play but overall the game is good

Game's nice, just annoying how you get screwed over if you eat too much, just getting softlocked and not an actual punishment. The game has a few too many of those if you ask me (the one I just mentioned and not having enough money to lose weight). It would be fine if it did something and not just leave you stuck
