I love this game, I hope more people play it because it is one of the best weight gain games ever!!!!!
What's the alien's name? I might have just spaced out or accidentally tapped past it but I don't think it's ever said in either game what the name of the green one is.
To this day she still doesn't technically have one! I spent so long calling her "pilot" as a placeholder name that anything else sounds weird to me now. No proper name certainly makes writing dialogue tougher though.
Maybe you could try adding a comment/forum to Spacethumper 2 to get basically a survey from the audience if there is a name they would prefer? All of the dialogue in the current games would still work since the name is never mentioned but it would probably make writing dialogue easier going forward.
Maybe her name could be pronounced "pilot" but spelled differently... Pylate or som'th?
(also I diddly-do hope Chubway gets its comments back soon...)
It's probably about time to open those up again and see if the bots have given up, let's give it a try.

This game is all finished up so don't expect more weights on this one. Also good news! There are suit upgrades that decrease energy loss while walking!

I can't find the data file... It could be because I'm using steam deck. But I don't know? Is there something i can use to edit the sprites?
Looks like the steamdeck keeps gamemaker data in the file path ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata, I'm not sure if the folder will still be named Spacethumper since I'm not as familiar with the steamdeck's file system, but if it is that's where you would put the sprites.

looks like there is a way to mod the game more than just textures! I found that you can edit more textures (slimes, background, floor, etc...) and some of the game code with UndertaleModTool.
Yes, I remember trying to put Bad Apple as a structure but I only managed to put half of the video and I gave up XD
How do I swap from mk. 1 structures to higher lvls?
Just keep holding down the build key after they're fully built, if you have the next tier unlocked you'll start upgrading it.

quick question what drawing app do you recommend or use to make the custom sprites
I use aseprite, but anything that can support transparency should work fine.

Nah, the visuals and the sounds get a little wonky but the game doesn't (techninally) break from prestiging.

can you explain how to make that sprites really works in game?
There's a system folder on your computer called the local appdata folder, you can get to it by putting %localappdata% into your start bar and pressing enter. Once you save the game for the first time there will be a folder labeled Spacethumper inside the local appdata folder. That's where you need to put the modified sprite files, not the downloaded folder. There's a text file that explains this included in the download as well.

I was playing for a long time increasing the suit to the maximum and the only thing that happens is that the protagonist grows taller xd
There's the ending that happens after you've increased height twice, but once you've done that the ending is always the same.
does it works when i change the sprites textures?
As long as you follow all the guidelines included in the download you can change the sprite textures to whatever you want.

Can you make a mobile version of this game? If you are hard, you can see the tutorals to make the game for mobile devices
making the game itself is already a huge investment of time, I'm not going to be spending even more time just to port it to mobile, sorry.

You're putting the sprites into the spacethumper folder in your local appdata and not the spacethumper folder in your downloads, right?

Put %localappdata% in your search bar. Please re-read the spritesheet modding guide that was included with the download as well, this information was provided in that.
I don't see no "%localappdata%" in the files
Have you tried the search bar? The bar that says "type here to search" in the lower left of your screen? If you can't find it I suggest using google or some other search engine to navigate to your local appdata folder and then following the guide from there.
